• Counselors - Karma at Randallstown
Guiding male adolescents through daily life skills, school work, recreational activities - PT
• Relief Counselors - Karma at Randallstown
Unscheduled workers to provide counseling, guidance, educational assistance - PT
KHI Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit company serving youth and adults with substance abuse issues and behavioral needs. Our employment process is straight forward, but a bit time-consuming.
We usually advertise in Craig’s List (Baltimore and/or Washington, DC) and sometimes in the Baltimore Sun or Washington Post. Selected candidates are called for an initial interview, either with the Program Administrator, or a Program Director. A second interview is scheduled for selected candidates. References are checked and a job offer is extended to the selected candidate.
Once the job offer is accepted a packet of materials and a CD is provided to the new employee. This packet includes fingerprint cards, a health physical form, policies and procedures and other employment documents. The new employee reviews and signs these documents and returns them to KHI Services, Inc. If you do not have a current CPR/First Aid card you should plan to take that class before employment. KHI Services, Inc. will reimburse you for the class.
